High quality craftsmanship is the main focus of Exquisite Tile & Stone, whether the project is a stone fireplace, beautiful kitchen or bathroom or a new shower. Basic or custom, there’s a stone or tile project to fit every taste and budget.
Owned and operated by Michael Buberge, Exquisite Tile & Stone carries on the tradition of this time-tested trade. Mike comes from a long line of tile and stonemasons, as his father and grandfather were also in the trade. Mike has been doing tile and stone work across Alaska for 20 years.
“We will not rush an order to make a higher profit,” Mike said. “By making customer satisfaction our main concern, we are able to ensure that you receive the best results possible. We believe that this attitude will build our business and reputation to the highest level.”
Exquisite Tile & Stone uses the finest materials and installs all products to specifications that meet or exceed the Tile Council of America (TCA) standards. The TCA is the leading source of information on tile installation in America. Their “specs” are used throughout the country to set the standard to which tile should be installed and are used on many private and government projects such as hospitals, schools and military installations.
Perhaps satisfied customers say it best. “Exquisite Tile & Stone has completed numerous tile projects for me,” said Theresa Harvey. “One can say he’s not only a perfectionist, but an artist in his trade. I can honestly state I’ve never seen better work. Now I call Exquisite when I want tile or stone work done and he creates masterpieces for me.”
Ray and Mira Laakso said, “Through the years, we have had Exquisite Tile & Stone do several jobs at our home. Every time we have been thrilled with what we have received. He has done everything from kitchens, halls and our master bath. It all turned out gorgeous.”
Mike chooses to support KUAC because he enjoys the radio programming, particularly “Science Friday.”
“KUAC listeners might like to have our services,” he said. “KUAC is the only radio station I listen to. And people tell me all the time they heard about us on KUAC.”
